Delivery Cost
A next day delivery fee of £9.95 + VAT applies to parcels delivered to mainland England, Wales and the South of Scotland. If you are not eligible for this delivery option, you will be charged £15.00 + VAT for all his orders under 20kg delivered to mainland England, Wales and southern Scotland. A standard shipping fee of £25.00 + VAT will be added to all orders under 20kg delivered to Northern Ireland.
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over £250.Mainland UK only*.

Delivery Time?
SURPLUS IT GLOBAL LTD aims for next day delivery. All products ordered by 2:00pm on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) must be delivered by 5:30pm on the next business day (subject to availability).
Delivery to addresses outside the UK is considered international delivery and therefore cannot be delivered next day. Delivery to Northern Ireland, areas of Scotland other than Edinburgh and Glasgow, and some remote areas in England and Wales are not available for next day delivery. These come with standard 2 day service. In some cases, we also offer one-day service in certain areas. You will be advised of this option at the time of ordering.
Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday.
SURPLUS IT GLOBAL Ltd and the courier make every effort to achieve next day delivery when required, but standard postage does not guarantee this purpose. SURPLUS IT GLOBAL Ltd relies on the services of third party courier companies. Unfortunately, it may not be possible for the courier to provide the service requested. Although this is rare, it does occur and we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery of your goods.
We cannot always manage next day delivery to countries outside the UK. This depends on address availability.
Delivery Time?
For orders to be delivered within the UK the courier used will be UPS. Please note that for more remote parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and non UK mainland delivery may take two days. You should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left by the courier with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can call the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers.
If your products have been damaged?
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please complete the return request form for a returns number within 24hrs of delivery. You may also contact us, if you need to discuss your return. You must contact us to be assigned a returns number. Parcels will not be accepted without a valid returns number.
